New Treatments

The Detox
60 minutes: £75

A deeply cleansing and grounding treatment designed to help you let go of built-up tension and feel lighter in both body and mind.

This treatment begins with some grounding breathwork to help you connect with your body and where you are holding tension, followed by a focused neck, back and shoulder massage, easing tight muscles and encouraging circulation where stress is most commonly held. Slow, flowing movements help to release physical tension and encourage lymphatic drainage, creating a sense of opening and ease.

The treatment then flows into a firm face and scalp massage, encouraging relaxation of the jaw, facial muscles and nervous system. This soothing combination helps to calm the mind, lift heaviness and leave you feeling refreshed, clear and rebalanced.

We will use uplifting, energy-boosting essential oils to help you feel lighter and more relieved of tension. Perfect if you’re feeling weighed down, overworked or in need of a reset. The Detox supports your body’s natural ability to release, restore and renew.

The De-Stress Package

A three-step treatment plan to reduce stress in your mind and body

The Massage and ME
75 minutes: £89

This is a treatment designed entirely around you.

The Massage and ME is a 75-minute bespoke experience that draws on the full range of my skills, from massage and reflexology to hot stones, Indian Head techniques, natural lift facial treatment, and guided meditation.

Before your appointment, you’ll complete a short consultation form so I can understand how you’re truly feeling; physically, mentally, and emotionally. Then, I’ll craft a treatment that meets your needs that day. No two sessions are ever the same.

You’ll also receive two specially recorded 5-minute guided meditations - one to listen to on the morning of your treatment, and one afterwards to help you stay grounded and relaxed in the days that follow.

This is your space to exhale. To let go of decisions. To allow yourself to be completely cared for.

This 75-minute treatment costs £89.

Whether you’re in need of deep relaxation, a moment of peace, or a tailored blend of techniques to support you pre- or post-natally - this is the ultimate treatment to refill your cup.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on releasing tension from the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Using slow, targeted movements, I use my hands, knuckles, elbows and specialised techniques to work into areas of tightness and adhesion, helping to ease chronic tension and restore mobility.

This treatment is particularly effective for those experiencing lingering muscular discomfort, recovering from physical activity, or carrying stress in their body. While deep in its effects, I still aim for the massage to bel a relaxing experience, as the more your body relaxes, the more tension we can safely release.

Each session is tailored to your needs, with pressure adjusted to suit you. I encourage open communication throughout the treatment to ensure you feel supported, comfortable, and receive the maximum benefit for your body.

Pregnancy Treatments

Pregnancy is a season of profound change - physically, emotionally and hormonally. Alongside the excitement, it can also bring tiredness, discomfort and moments of feeling a little disconnected from yourself.

My prenatal treatments are thoughtfully designed to support you through this time, combining nurturing massage and gentle reflexology to meet the changing needs of your pregnant body and growing baby. Each session offers a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, rest deeply and simply be.

These treatments can help ease common pregnancy aches and tensions, support circulation, reduce fluid retention and encourage the release of feel-good hormones such as oxytocin - promoting relaxation, connection and a sense of wellbeing for both you and your baby.

Every session is tailored to you. We’ll focus on the areas that need the most care on the day, with your comfort and safety always at the heart of the treatment. You’ll be fully supported with plenty of cushions and bolsters, pregnancy-safe oils, and a gentle, unhurried approach - with water, biscuits and comfort breaks always welcome.

Please note these appointments can only start from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards.

Relaxing Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is a classic, flowing full-body treatment designed to ease tension, improve circulation and promote deep relaxation.

Using smooth, rhythmic strokes, the massage helps to release tight muscles, calm the nervous system, and restore a sense of balance and wellbeing throughout the body.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs, focusing on areas that feel tight or overworked, while creating a calm, nurturing space for you to rest and recharge.

Ideal for relieving stress, supporting physical comfort, and encouraging a sense of lightness and ease, Swedish massage offers a restorative experience that leaves both body and mind feeling renewed.

Hot Stones

I completed my hot stone massage training just before the pandemic, and then I had my maternity leave with Sid. So it’s been amazing to get myself back on track with this soothing treatment in recent years.

Particularly during the winter months, hot stones can be very effective in warming our muscles, relieving deep muscle tension and stimulating our circulation.

Relaxing and soothing if you prefer lighter pressure, or an intense relief from firmer, deep tissue pressure.

Hot stones can be added to any massage therapy treatment for £7.50 extra. Available through the booking system as '‘add-on’ alongside Foot Massage and Indian Head Massage extension.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage focuses on relieving tension in the shoulders, neck, scalp, and face, using techniques designed to encourage energy flow, rebalance the body, and promote a deep sense of peace and relaxation.

This treatment is especially beneficial for those experiencing neck tension, headaches, stress, or difficulty sleeping, though it provides gentle, restorative relief for anyone seeking calm and balance. Pressure is tailored to your needs and preferences, ensuring a deeply personalised and comfortable experience.

Sessions can be booked as a stand-alone appointment: 30 minutes at £35 or 45 minutes at £45, or as a 15-minute add-on for £15, perfect for enhancing another treatment.

Natural Lift Facial Massage

One of my newest offerings at Massage and Me, the Natural Lift Facial Massage combines the soothing power of hot and cold stones with gentle, uplifting massage techniques to refresh your face, neck, jaw and shoulders.

Using organic facial oils and moisturisers, this treatment helps to relieve tension, improve circulation, and encourage a natural sense of lift and radiance.

We focus on upward, lifting movements along with facial reflexology points to create balance, ease tension, and leave your skin and muscles feeling revitalised. Each session is tailored to your needs, offering a calming, restorative experience that leaves both body and mind feeling lighter.

Please note: it is recommended to remove makeup before your appointment and to allow at least 3 weeks after botox or fillers before receiving this treatment.

Reflexology is a non-invasive holistic therapy which aims to deeply relax and ease congestion in the body through treating reflex points in the feet. Reflexology works on the premise that our feet are ‘mini maps’ for the body, and that through easing congestion in reflex points on our feet, this encourages our body to naturally balance itself.

Pre and Post-Natal Reflexology Treatments are also available to support local mums on their path into parenthood. These deeply relaxing treatments also aim to focus on aches, pains and ailments that you may be living with through your pregnancy.
