Congratulations, mamas-to-be!

I hope you're feeling well during this period of important and exciting change for you, your body and your baby. Pregnancy massages can be the perfect way to help you, and your baby, to relax and release all the feel-good hormones you need. Below you will find more information on how I can help you and your baby with prenatal massages.  Hope to see you soon!

Why Prenatal Massage?

  • Massage can help ease our bodies from aches and pains, such as lower back pain

  • During the relaxation of prenatal massage treatments, oxytocin and prolactin are released as a result of skin stimulation

  • Prenatal massage can help improve circulation, especially to areas where fluid retention can occur

  • Prenatal treatments provide much-needed time to focus on you and your baby

  • Massages help to soothe, relax and can also help regulate sleep patterns

Prices:

I massage mamas-to-be from 14 weeks onwards, once you have had your 12-week scan.

  • 45 minutes: £45

  • 1 hour: £55
