A 3-Step Treatment Programme to Calm Your Nervous SystemCreated for those who feel overwhelmed, exhausted or stuck in constant “busy mode”, this programme supports your body and nervous system over time, not just in a single session.
Each treatment builds gently on the last, allowing tension to soften layer by layer.
Alongside hands-on treatments, you’ll be given simple meditations and take-home tips to help you carry a sense of calm into your everyday life.
The De-Stress is my signature treatment programme, created from years of working with clients who need more than a one-off massage.
What’s Included:
3 x 75-minute bespoke treatments
Treatment One: Release & Reset
A deeply calming neck, back and shoulder massage to ease tension where stress is often held, followed by a relaxing face and scalp massage. I will use hot stones to encourage deep muscular release and a sense of warmth and safety throughout the body.
Treatment Two: Ground & Restore
A soothing legs and foot massage with hot stones, helping to relieve heaviness and fatigue. With reflexology we will encourage balance within the body, supporting relaxation and restoring a sense of grounding.
Treatment Three: Integrate & Relax
A full body massage to bring everything together, easing remaining tension and encouraging complete relaxation. Finished with a nurturing face and head massage, leaving you feeling rested, lighter and more at ease.
Extra Support Between Treatments:
• Guided meditations to support relaxation and nervous system regulation
• Gentle take-home tips to help you manage stress and feel calmer day-to-day

My diary often gets booked up about 3-4 weeks in advance, so please consider this with your booking expectations.
