I had a deep tissue massage with Jo which was brilliant - she’s created such a zen environment in her house and she was so welcoming. She’s thought about all the little extra things to make your experience memorable. She asked about pressure & adapted her style to suit. Hidden gem in Buckhurst Hill.

Star rating: 5 ***** (Top rating) - Deep Tissue Massage plus Natural Lift Facial Massage
Feeling really fortunate to have found Jo and Massage and Me. I've been having a really stressful time and she was so warm and open - just the energy I needed in my day! The treatments themselves were excellent - Jo successfully got every knot out of my back and shoulders and the Natural Lift Facial Massage was really exceptional. There is much less tension in my face than before and I'm feeling much more relaxed. Thank you!

Jo is an amazing practitioner. I had a truly wonderful prenatal massage. She is so attentive, dedicated, kind and professional. She creates a lovely cozy, safe space where you feel nurtured and held. Oh yes and the goodie bag at the end is such a special little treat. Highly recommend!

Had the most beautiful experience with Jo. Such a welcoming and warm interaction from arrival in her gorgeous, relaxing home. She did a very thorough consult conversation beforehand, covering my focus areas. My head and shoulder massage was excellent and left me relaxed with a lot of relief. The reflexology was so enjoyable and she took time at the end to flag what she learned from my feet. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting; a real haven of rest! I even left with a little goodie bag of after care, herbsl tea and sweet treats! Can’t wait to return; thank you Jo!
