Massage and Me is a small, local and friendly business, established by Jo in 2016, to help those of you who need a moment of calm to reflect on your own needs.
I wanted to set up a small business to help serve women in my local community to feel valued, heard, celebrated, support, relaxed and most importantly more relieved of tension.
The 'Me' is actually all about YOU!

New Treatment: The Massage and ME
A completely bespoke 75-minute treatment tailored to your needs on the day. Includes a pre-treatment consultation form, two guided meditations (one before and one after), and a blend of therapies chosen just for you.
This may include massage, reflexology, hot stones, Indian Head techniques, natural lift facial treatment, and meditation.
Perfect for those feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or craving deep care — including pre and post-natal clients.

Monday: 9.30am - 2.45pm
Tuesday: 11.45am - 4pm
Wednesday: 9.30am - 2.45pm
Thursday: 9.30am - 2.45pm
Friday: 9.30am - 2.45pm
Weekend: I am currently unable to take on new clients at the weekend as these slots are full with regular clients

I welcome my clients to come as you are, as your authentic self.
I’ve created a page for my neurodivergent clients with information about what to expect from your treatment, in the hope that this may help before your treatment.
