Even though (hopefully) the worst of the Covid-19 pandemic is behind us, I will continue to ensure your health and safety is a priority when visiting my treatment room. Many of the Covid-19 policies we had to introduce in 2020 are no longer necessary (for example me wearing PPE for our appointments), however some procedures I have kept. Please read these below.

The advice from my associations Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) and Association of Reflexologists (AoR) is now that face coverings are not mandatory. However, if you would prefer me and/or you to wear a mask during your treatment with me then please just ask and it would be a pleasure. I want to ensure you feel at your most comfortable when visiting me.

Ongoing Covid-19 Procedures:

• Break between Clients: I will continue to have a break between each client to thoroughly clean my facilities. This includes hard surfaces/ door handles and furniture.

• Face Masks: As noted above, face masks are no longer required in enclosed spaces, but please just ask if you would prefer me to wear one for your treatment. I do not mind at all, and would in fact suggest we do if you are considered a vulnerable client.

• Hand Sanitising and Washing: I will continue to have hand sanitiser and soap for you to use should you wish to on entering my home. I will always wash my hands between each client, and again before starting your treatment.

• Ventilation: I will be keeping my treatment room window open whenever possible, especially between clients, to keep the room well ventilated.

• Testing Positive for Covid-19: If you have tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 10 days before your appointment, I kindly ask that you notify me and we reschedule. This is to ensure the ongoing safety of me, my clients and my family.

• Cancellations: There will be no cancellation fee until further notice. As above, please let me know, and cancel your appointment with me, if you feel unwell prior to your appointment or if you have tested positive for Covid-19. We can easily rearrange once you are better.
