Feeling really fortunate to have found Jo and Massage and Me. I've been having a really stressful time and she was so warm and open - just the energy I needed in my day! The treatments themselves were excellent - Jo successfully got every knot out of my back and shoulders and the Natural Lift Facial Massage was really exceptional. There is much less tension in my face than before and I'm feeling much more relaxed. Thank you!

Would not hesitate to recommend Massage and Me. Had one of the best experiences and have already booked a second appointment and will be now seeing Jo regularly. From the moment she opened her front door, I felt I had the made the right choice. The room was calm, the right temperature and the bed also warm and comfortable. Jo was thorough in finding out what I was hoping from the massage and delivered exactly what I needed and found some extra tension in my neck which required more pressure which again she was able to provide with ease. The room was so well ‘insulated’ I felt like I was away on a retreat in the middle of nowhere. Looking forward to my next appointment for sure!

Jo is an amazing practitioner. I had a truly wonderful prenatal massage. She is so attentive, dedicated, kind and professional. She creates a lovely cozy, safe space where you feel nurtured and held. Oh yes and the goodie bag at the end is such a special little treat. Highly recommend!

Had the most beautiful experience with Jo. Such a welcoming and warm interaction from arrival in her gorgeous, relaxing home. She did a very thorough consult conversation beforehand, covering my focus areas. My head and shoulder massage was excellent and left me relaxed with a lot of relief. The reflexology was so enjoyable and she took time at the end to flag what she learned from my feet. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting; a real haven of rest! I even left with a little goodie bag of after care, herbsl tea and sweet treats! Can’t wait to return; thank you Jo!
