Shedding and Softening: An Online Winter Meditation Circle - JOINING LIVE

As we continue to move through the quiet depths of winter, this online meditation evening is an invitation to slow down… to soften… and to honour the season we’re still within.

Winter asks very little of us outwardly, yet so much inwardly. It is a time of shedding, reflection and deep rest, while the pace of modern life rarely allows us to fully honour this.

Together during this meditation, we will gently acknowledge the final shedding of the Year of the Snake; releasing what feels heavy, outdated or no longer ours to carry. And begin to open energetically to the emerging spirit of the Year of the Horse: movement, forward energy, freedom… but at a pace that feels grounded and resourced.

Through guided meditation, grounding breathwork and deep body awareness, you’ll be invited to:

  • Notice your body and where you’re holding tension

  • Honour how hard you’ve been trying

  • Recognise the care you give to others

  • Soften your nervous system

  • Allow yourself to slow down without guilt

  • Think ahead to feeling grounded, rooted and strong as we transition into the Year of the Horse

This is a space primarily held for women; for the carers, the givers, the deep feelers - to rest together. You simply get to arrive… and be held.

This session is particularly supportive for those who feel emotionally tender, overwhelmed by the state of the world, or simply in need of rest.
